Trophy, cash reward of 500,000 yen and SKIP City Awards are given by the Citizens’ Circle to Support SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL. *SKIP City Awards is given to the Best Picture winner who can use SKIP City’s shooting devices in free. Honorable Mention – Kawaguchi Citizen’s Award
