Short Length Competition (Domestic) Best Picture – Kawaguchi Citizen’s Award

Ressentiment directed by Takuma Dan (Japan/29 min.) Certificate and trophy are given by the festival organizers. Trophy, cash reward of 500,000 yen and SKIP City Awards are given by the Citizens’ Circle to Support SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL. *SKIP City Awards is given to the Best Picture winner who can use SKIP City’s shooting devices in free. Honorable Mention – Kawaguchi Citizen’s Award

Family Deck directed by Tomoyasu Murata (Japan/22 min.) Lie of the Gorilla directed by Isao Kusakari (Japan/30 min.) Certificate and trophy are given by the festival organizers.
